Please be aware that processing time could take between 2 - 3 days. Express delivery on UK orders, parcels will be fulfilled on the same day and shipped before 5 pm.
All Standard orders are subject to 2 - 3 day processing time. After which the following delivery timeframes apply. Please note: Items are posted Monday's, Wednesday's and Friday's. Deliveries do not take place on Sundays/Public Holidays.

Tracking Orders
Standard orders are subject to a 2 - 3 day processing time (unless you have selected an express delivery service). Once your order has been dispatched you will be sent a confirmation email that will contain your tracking number. Track your order here.

Also, ensure you provide your correct email address when placing the order, otherwise, this will prevent the confirmation and tracking email from reaching you.

We do not accept returns but will offer refunds for goods that are received damaged or in unacceptable conditions.
